I've spent a great portion of my life on Montserrat, a tiny island in the West Indies of the Caribbean. While we are located far from the Caribbean now, it serves as daily inspiration for me to bring to you a space for healing, feeling of escape, and outside our everyday existence.
From my memories made here derives the name: Carib Therapies. Join me in my practice, based on the belief that through the five senses we can heal much of ourselves and each other. I've incorporated the ideals of calming sights, soothing sounds, healing touch, smells of aromatherapy and taste of pure clean water into my services.

My intent as a Massage Therapist is to offer my clients a seamless blend of therapeutic modalities to meet their healing needs.
The 1050 hours of training I bring to my table includes study and practice in Acupressure/Meridian Massage, Pain-Free Deep Tissue, Orthopedic Muscle Balancing, Myofacial Release, Slide Cupping, Trigger Point Techniques, Active Isolated Stretching, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Hot Stone, Cellulite Elimination Massage, Palliative Hospice Massage and last but not least, the powerful tools within Aromatherapy.
This variety of therapeutic techniques allows me to approach your healing needs from a range of starting points, from acute issues to long term maintenance, from emotional to physical balance.
In my years practice, I have had the privilege to work with clients from ages 11 to 101. From teaching an 11 year old gymnast how to massage her own forearms, to assisting Hospice Patients at life's end find an hour of peaceful, healing touch, I learn from each of you and share with all of you.

Our skin is our largest organ and is one of several starting points of health. This is why I use only Certified Organic Massage Oil and Vegan Massage Cream in your treatment. If you wish, I then add Pure GC/MS tested Essential Oils to these bases to enhance your healing, through inhalation and skin absorption. (more information).

In April, 2017 I completed 2 Hands-On Workshops to wrap up months of studying for my certification - What an amazing experience in Miconpy, Florida with Cindy Black, founder of Big Tree School of Natural Healing. Cindy is a LMT, LAc, and has been teaching for over 20 years, massage, acupressure and meridian work, preferring human touch to needles. Working with Qi and the 5 Elements toward Free and Flowing Qi through the Meridians for health, vitality and balance.

Where I come from
Raised in Laguna Beach, life's path has brought me full circle! Shortly after high school I moved away from this wonderful town I called home to Northern California where in a small town in the Sierra Foothills I discovered my passion for massage therapy and opened my business for the first time.
Travel and family took me frequently to the Caribbean where I was able to both share my services as well as take inspiration for my budding business.
And finally the start of 2015 brought me back home to the city of Laguna Beach, where I have slowly built up my business to the present day.
